We have recently deployed the Universal Print connector for one of our customers and are having difficulty with it printing automatically to the envelope feeder. When the printer is installed locally, no settings adjustments are required and jobs with envelopes are automatically sent to the feeder. With the UPC, it prints the envelopes to regular letter out of the default tray. We have attempted using the native driver, HP M601 Driver, and the HP Universal Print driver. During testing, we restarted the connector and removed/added the printer back. I did confirm the driver at the UPC indicated the feeder is installed and manually set "envelope #10" as the paper type. I've also attempted adding the printer and adjusted the cloud print settings to be "Envelope". Are there any suggestions on what we may need to have this recognized?
