CanonUDprint

Copper Contributor

We use canon uniflow software fore our printers.

In the print connector all printers show up execpt the canonudprint (this is not a real printer, but a printjob list so you can select your print job on any device).

Is het possible to have the canonudprint added to the list?

@jeroenjacobs Connector skips certain types of printers that are not compatible with Universal Print (for various reasons). If you open up the event viewer (Connector logs specifically), you should be able to find your printer name in there with a message stating why it was skipped. Let us know if you see that what the reason was.

Start -> Run -> eventvwr /c:microsoft-windows-printconnector/operational

@keeron

Skipping printer CanonUDTest as it is a file printer.

Do I need to contact canon for a solution?
