Hi,
Just a possible bug report - I'm getting a 400 Error when I change the paper size to A4 on the printer properties page on the Azure portal. Interestingly when I change another setting on the same page it seems to be fine.
Well done for getting this out the door. Looking forward to the service launch!

@xev_masias portal error was reported on one of the other threads too and is being fixed by our team.
Regarding page rendering, can you open a support ticket with Microsoft using one of the following options (based on your Support plan with Microsoft):
