Universal Print Setup Issue

I signed up for this preview and it took several weeks for us to get it worked into our work process and now my team has started to work on it this week.  We are getting an error in trying to login to Azure and get it all setup.  Is there a time limit to get it initially setup from the email being sent?  Is there a way for someone to be able to try and help us get this setup so we can begin testing?

The promo code you receive to setup UP in your tenant doesn't expire that quickly. 

We need more details to help you with this. If you are able to access the Azure Portal, please go to https://aka.ms/UPPortal and click the "Request support" link to open a CSS case. If you're unable to do that, please let us know.

We are in the GCC tenant.  Is this still something we can test being in that side?

I don't believe the promo codes work on GCC tenants. They are commercial promo codes.
