Universal Print jobs get stuck

Hi,

I have followed the Microsoft guide and installed the Universal Print service, but the problem is that all jobs get stuck on status either Pending or Proccecing.

What could be the problem?

@hedigardi - were you able to overcome this issue?

The question below if very generic and we need additional logs/data to analyze the errors. Best way to do this will be via Universal Print support.
