If I have five sites with printer devices, do I need to install a UPC on each site?

Can I just install a Windows Server on Azure with the UPC? This server will have access to the five site networks where the physical printer devices are located.

Also is a way to use a GPO to map a Universal Printer to a user?

@QK1973 Regarding connector - requirement is that it should be able to talk to printers directly. In other words, can you install your printers on the connector device by going through Windows Settings->Devices->Printers & Scanners
