We have set up UP and it works like a charm, for everyone but one user. When he first got his reimaged computer and printers were set up, it worked. But printers started having errors and wouldn't come back online. Removed the printer manually, but now I can't add them again.
How do you reset the settings, so you can add the printers again?

@KlavsB - Can you please reach out to Microsoft Support via Azure Support portal and file this as a technical issue under Universal Print?
