Print Job detailed information

Copper Contributor

So a user in one of our sites decided to sneak in a print job with hundreds of pages of junk, and having a look at the "jobs" log in the Uprint pane isn't particularly enlightening. If it showed a document name or page count we could have picked it out immediately but instead we had to sift through the printers onboard log and the print connectors job log to correlate the information to the point of having a reasonably accurate suspect. It was only through the logging of another 3rd party utility that we use on the machines that we could nail it to them.

Is there a way I'm missing to get this information easily? Seems like that should be pretty basic info to add to Jobs in the Uprint portal.

Thx

Regards,

Darren

@NerradPB - while page counts is not yet available with Universal Print, you can get document name by using PowerShell (for getting list of jobs for the given printer). Current jobs UI shows very specific columns. There are more columns available via the PowerShell (or Graph API).
