I have added one of these printers to Universal Print Successfully, but we have additional printers that are the same model in other remote areas. When I try to enroll those printers (Same exact model), the connector fails to register the printer stating that cloud_print_id is already in use. I checked and in the event log it is showing the same id as the printer that was first added to Universal Print. How can I change the cloud_print_id of my other HP MFP E58650 printers?

If you are using the Microsoft provided Universal Print connector software to register the additional HP MFP E58650 printers and you are receiving this error, please make sure you are using the latest version of the connector software. Separately, did you try using another PC running the connector software to register the printer?
