Is It Required to Have Office 365 E5 License for Universal Print?

Microsoft

Hi, I have already successfully applied the promo code to my Azure AD tenants. I am on the steps of assigning Universal Print license to my AAD users. However, I found that there is a bit different from the steps provided on the documentation. My AAD license page already have Universal Print license after I applied the promo code to this account. I was wondering whether I still need to have other licenses such as Office 365 E5 and Enterprise Mobility + Security E5 subscription? Below is the screenshot of my current AAD license page.

You should have at least Intune license for end-user to enable enroll device to the AAD.
