Hey,

I got this error when trying to enable this for my tenant:

The offer that you want is unavailable. This might be caused by one of the following reasons:
The offer has expired.
The service is not available in your country or region.
You cannot sign up for the same trial a second time.

If the problem doesn't go away, please submit a Service Request.

I go through this link: https://aka.ms/UP_ApplyCommericalTrial

I cannot find option in "Addons" in the portal, maybe it is still not available for my tenant?

Kind regards,

J

Same issue over here, don't see the add-on and via the link I receive this error :

  • The service is not available in your country or region.

I think it's because our M365 is an original M365 and this one is setup by Microsoft as separate parts so it's not setup as the unified bundle but all are setup as separate products. Listed as separate SKU's.
