@MHSNDSE Universal Print is included with Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3, and provides 5 jobs per user per month, pooled at the tenant level. So an E3 tenant with 1,000 users has 5,000 print jobs available across all users.
The above is free with your E3 subscription, and the prices of those E3 seats will depend on how you purchase them.
If you need additional print jobs, those can be purchased via the Universal Print volume add-on which costs extra.
