Partner Verification Issues

I am finding it impossible to get through the verification process. Is anyone else struggling? I have a ticket raised however this has not been enough to resolve passing verification. 

 

The message I keep being sent is below

 

Please ensure that they are issued within the previous 12 months: 

  • Domain registration / Domain invoice at registration or renewal that lists Entity/Username and domain as it is stated on your account.  

On the support email ticket we have agreed that what I am sending via the partner hub matches what they are looking for, however when I submit the information via the portal they reject it. I am at an absoloute loss. Any advice would be much appreciated
