Cannot seem to use my action pack subscription

Hi,

 

I have an Action pack (bronze) MS subscription.  I just realised that last year's subscription had expired and now I don't seem to be able to renew it or reactivate it.  I have paid for another year and I know I am late but how to I prevent data being deleted in a few months when it says?  The new action pack subscription doesn't seem to show up under my products in the Office portal either.

 

Every time I try to reactivate my subscription I am asked to redeem a product key.  I don't think I have one that I can find.  I tried going through that and it does ask about using another payment method but I have paid.  

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
