Want to traasfer one certification to other account

Hi,

I have tow microsoft learn account and recently i passed AZ-104 and Az 3-5 but both are on different accounts. So i want to merger my both account because I want to claim 305 and it is necessary to pass 104 but my 104 is on other Microsoft learn account.
