Restoring exam's result

Copper Contributor

Hello, this is continue of a topic about exam's result restore.

Since previous topic seems to be frozen I need to initiate another one.

The question is next: I passed Microsoft’s exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 in 2019 but lost my document with results. I registered for it via Pearson VUE.

I was redirected to Pearson VUE support in the inital topic but, regrettably, I encountered challenges in seeking resolution through the links shared.

Upon reaching out to Pearson Support (https://support.pearson.com/uk/s/topic/0TO0N000000IaBVWA0/replacement-certificate), I was redirected to the initial support contact (https://home.pearsonvue.com/Contact-Us.aspx). Subsequently, I found myself once again redirected, this time to Microsoft (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help). While Microsoft's support  page has mentions of two contact points from Pearson Vue, these help centers were unable to provide a solution for the issue and only directed me back to Microsoft.

I truly appreciate your assistance thus far and understand that these matters can be complex. In light of these challenges, could you kindly provide a direct email address or alternative contact method where I can receive the necessary support?

I need only PDF document, not physical one.

Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this issue.

Hi there --

I just responded to your prior post. I apologize for the delay, but I did reach out to our internal cert/exam team, to hopefully provide better support to get this resolved. Once I hear back, I will let you know.

Thank you for your patience.

@dsych

You should be able to access it through your Learn profile which will connect you to your PVUE dashboard.

If it’s not there, we cannot recreate the report for you.

Thank you, hope this helps!

Hello @Mindy_Rosenthal ,

Thank you for your prompt reply! I've checked my Learn profile (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/<profile_id>) , and unfortunately, I couldn't find the report.

I suspect that my registration might have been lost from that time.

If possible, could you please assist me in recreating the report? Any guidance or support you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please assist me in recreating the report? I'm willing to provide my Invoice Number, Candidate ID (MSXXXXXXXXXX), full name, and the Date of the exam if necessary.

Update:
Just read more precisely your responses and understood that you can't recreate. Maybe is there another way?

 Hi  @JillArmour @MindyAllison @Mindy_Rosenthal!

Unfortunately, I couldn't locate my exam report on my Learn profile (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/<profile_id>), and I suspect my registration details since then may have been lost.

Your help is crucial, and I appreciate your support in resolving this matter.

@dsych

Unfortunately, we don't have a way of restoring that exam result. I've directly asked the exam/cert team, and that was the direct answer from them.

You can try going here: https://aka.ms/ILTSupport and submitting a new support question to see if our Microsoft support team has any further suggestions.

Thank you
