MCT Enrollment Tool

Hello TSP Team,

one of our MCTs has missed to renew his MCT state and has tried to renew it with the enrollment tool.

He tried again yesterday (Oct, 1). Its still not working.

Can you please tell me how to renew/reactivate his state (expired on Feb, 26. 2024), A post to the MCT support forum didnt help.

His MCP-Id is: 9237256

The MCT needs to be reinstated, mentioning renewal may confuse the support team. However the MCT Support is the only way at the moment to get reinstated.
The MCT Enrollment Tool was due to be available on October 1st but this was always a target and looks like there is a delay and these is no announced date for its availability.

PS MCIDs are no longer used, you should use the Learn username instead
