We have the work email id to get the access for New Marketing assets, as mentioned in the last community call. However one of our employee has been denied access by microsoftonline sharepoint platform.
how to get the access from Sharepoint team, as error says he is not in the sharepoint directory, even he has the sharepoint license.
I can confirm that a user accessing the site for the first time does not have the option to request access, like they normally should. I tested this on some accounts that do not have access and all were met with an error.
In the past, if it was the user's first time accessing they would be given a chance to request access.
I have shared this with our TSP Marketing manager, and I will get back to once I hear from them. Would you also mind emailing me the Microsoft account that was denied access?
