Transfer of Microsoft for Nonprofits to different email

We have applied for Azure credit few years back when the NGO was still small and my colleague did it on her email address. Today, as the NGO grew, that is very unpractical as we can't sign in to check Azure credit, it always has to be my colleague who can only check it through her Office 365 login credentials.

 

Is there any way to transfer that to our company general email?

Hi @veronikapizano - the easiest way to do this is to sign-in at nonprofit.microsoft.com and use the "contact us" button to submit an inquiry under the topic "I need to update my organization's information in the Nonprofit Portal".
