Set up shift notifications through (I) notification in teams, (II) email for swap/change requests and other changes in shift plan.

 

Allow swap/change requests with notification to entire team.

 

Alternatively, create new FLOW connectors that allow to create notification flows for the entire team, NOT JUST the person having created the flow.

 

Currently, SHIFTS is not usable for a large team that independently and freely administrates the shift composition and is able to freely swap/change individual shifts.
