At least while this is in preview, so that we don't have to go hunting for how to get to it. I only could find it via the announcement link.
You should be able to access the Community section through the hamburger menu on the top left. Let me know if you don't see it!

Though I still think it would be better to also have a clear link on the front page, at least while you are in preview. Just my thoughts though.

Yes, please add the tile to the front page. I did not check the hamburger menu, did not even think to do so. Only luck I'm seeing this.

As @Maddie_Egan points out, you can get here through the Hamburger menu which is accessible from every page in the community.
