Outlook show weather on the calendar should allow to show both Celsius and Fahrenheit and not one or the other.

If you work globally it would make sense in Outlook/File/Options/Calendar/Weather to allow to show both Celsius and Fahrenheit and not one or the other. So you don't have to calculate all the time.
