Merging TechCommunity with Microsoft Learn and others

Experience in different communities, all related to Microsoft, is very divided.   Also, the experience in Microsoft Learn is somewhat better, you could take advantage and combine something from both worlds.   Maybe it's a bit far from ideal, but it would be nice to have a single account and have them connect in some way. ...
