I already posted this here https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Community-Discussion/post-list-not-showing-latest-reply/m-p/832933#M2799  but was pointed to the Ideas space, which is very well hidden.    Hi, when looking at a list of posts/questions, there is a preview of a reply. Posting a new reply to an older post brings the post to the top of the list, but for some reason, an older reply is showing in the preview.   Can this please be changed to to show the latest reply to the question?  It seems that replies with the most Likes or marked as solutions are favoured in the preview, but that should not be the case if the question pops to the top of the list because of the latestreply.  This is bad UX. Make these information available Even when MTC website is Not minimized | specially the online members. the website is responsive and it's great, but responsive usually means that the same options, buttons, information is available just in a more organized manner depending on the screen size. on MTC website, when minimized, we have access to different information.       ... I noticed in private messages, the design is changed and now we can do this without leaving the page: (which is accessing the full toolbar for post editing/submission)       but on posts and topics, we can't do that. the quick reply only offers this:     please apply the same design to quick reply in posts. sometimes I only need to add an image to a post and for that I have to reload the whole page again. it also saves time to have access to the full toolbar in quick reply. This website feels like you are in 2007 with 2012 design - everything is flat and page reloads at every click on any link.   I respect the effort you Microsoft developers put into this portal, but also we need to rethink some aspects that becoming problems, like navigation inside this website. Every major website on Internet has: SPA means no page reload at any a[href] that leads to inner resources; Lazy load; Virtual scrolling; Infinite page (debatable, I'm against it personally, pagination is better). There is a "Trending" space called Content,  This name is NOT helpful. There needs to be a naming convention that all the admins follow to prevent issues like this. I have also noticed that some of the spaces include Microsoft in their titles, given that the entire community is focused on Microsoft products, it is not really necessary to repeat the company name in the community/space titles.   ... The My Feed page displays the newest items for the network. It would be helpful if each community had a similar page so that we could easily see the New, Unanswered, and Popular items in a specfic community, adding the ability to filter this type of list to individual spaces would be even better.   Or as an alternative, add the ability to filter/group the My Feeds by Community and/or Space ... We need the last update, to be better optimized, because 22H2 runs horribly, especially on HDDs. Opening the Start menu takes 3 seconds, and clicking something in Settings takes 15 seconds (on NEW hardware, tested on Windows 8.1 to run great, using an HDD). Like I tested boot times, in speed, 8.1 was the first (49 seconds), Windows 7 was 2nd (1:17), and Windows 10... 2 minutes and 21 seconds. Even Windows 11 booted a little faster (1:54). You just make kind of a checkbox in the Windows Update tab, "Make Windows faster", that receives the 8.1 boot times and performance. Windows 8.1 uses ~600 MB of RAM, Windows 7 is around 900, but Windows 10 is freaking 2.4 GB of wholesome RAM out there. This horrible experience needs to be fixed. ... View more

When we create a task/appointment from D365 and it is synchronized with Outlook, only the title and description are copied in Outlook. That entity in D365 could have more data such as the account, contact, etc. When Outlook notifies us the expiration of these activities, we haven't this information and need to search it in D365 manually. It would be nice to have access from the Outlook task/appointment to the D365 that originated it. It would be nice if we could link the tasks with deadlines/dates we create in the to do app to our outlook calendar so that they are better synchronized together. Also the ability to switch from one app to the other is a bit of a struggle. On one hand outlook calendar amongst other nice features, allows me to have a broad overview of things that need to be done during my week . On the other hand to do allows me to have a very basic but clear view of all my tasks by category and to very easily check/uncheck what's done. A combination of both things would be very cool ... Good evening,   I wanted to share this idea I have. I would really want to start working on it but for that I need some support. The idea is that while I was using my laptop and I had to select @ symbol which I was not able to select with one key since it does not have separate key on the keyboard. I totally understand the idea of minimizing keys on keyboard because it has to be accessible. I realized that selection of different symbols and others keys we all have to use shift button. This sometimes really gets irritating if you type a lot like me. Especially when you have your nails done it gets more hard. I was thinking why not making it accessible to everyone by creating the feature in keyboard and excluding the use of shift key. It could be having the same to be used for features for instance key for 1 has ! as well. The same key can be press one time if you would want to use 1 like it is right now in all kinds of laptops. But for the ! Increasing the time of selecting the key results ! will be typed. Which would make ease for tons of people. I understand the pain when you type fast and has to select two keys. I usually likes to do multi tasking I would type with one hand but I have to use sometime both hands to select symbols and other characters. It would be useful if you could change the colour of a category of calendar invites within Outlook, as currently, if it's scheduled as a reoccurring meeting, you can only change the entire series and not just the individual invite.  It's frustrating when I use the colours to easily show location (e.g. virtual or in -person meeting) and can't change each individual invite.   ... Hi Team, most of the organisations work on email sent form customers which are viewed in outlook. There are multiple folders created as per their process for segregation of process  emails. I work in a customer support team where we have multiple mailboxes and multiple folders in everyone of them. Some cases get moved incorrectly to the deleted folder in a particular mailbox sometimes. If we can create reminders when moving certain snails from the actual mailbox it will make the user think if all the actions have been completed in that email before moving to deleted folder. We are able to create reminders to meeting and follow up mails. If there is a way to create reminders to the emails in the primary folder to any other it would minimise the number of emails left out due to human error.   ... View more

Can we add "saved views" as a feature with the new navigation pane that is available through the Office Insider program? For example, I have a spreadsheet with 30 columns, and I want to hide/unhide columns and save them as views so that users don't have to scroll right. This would be an alternative to the group and ungroup functionality, which I don't like because you can't label the groups, and each time you add a group it adds more padding to the top of the spreadsheet making the data itself less visible. ...
