In the Dev Build 21343, the icons in the File Explorer Considerably changed. Have a look here if you aren't on the Dev Insider Channel.

My Idea is to add an Option in the Personalization Settings or in the File Explorer itself, so that a user can choose to use the Old Icons, if one doesn't like it!
