PROBLEM
Difficulties with updating various documents with simple changes, e.g. department name, person responsible, simple procedures.
SOLUTION
Soft-code info in documents: instead of putting John Smith in excels, words, teams - use variable {Senior ABC Manager}. If change needed - update it in one place and it will be reflected in those docs.
