Views, Likes, Replies Messages not showing in IE11 on Windows 8.1

For some reason the views, likes and messages icons do not display for me in IE11 on Windows 8.1

In chrome I see

The ability to add photos in IE11 also seems to be broken. The preview tab for the post shows a whole bunch of rest errors...
