Two Profiles in Office 365 Network [Preview]

I hope this is the correct place to ask about this, but my co-worker noticed that for some reason I have two profiles on this network.

I logged in on internet explorer and when I logged in using the same credentials on google chrome it created a second account. I am not sure if this is by design, I am also not sure how I can get rid of the second account as it isn't needed.

Please help

Looks  like a cookie is still active what happens if you clear your cache?
