Strangely wrong date on photos

Hi,

I was talking to someone on a forum and I noticed a strange date stamp under the picture that I can't relate.

the photo was posted 2 hours ago,

the member's account is only few months old (created in 2019)

but the time stamp under the photo is showing a date from 2016.

So I myself just experienced the same thing now 

Today is 10/22/2019 but the date under the picture is 4/14/2016
