Hi

Is it possible to import to one account data from a pst file from a different acount?

To import (or export) content from a mailbox you need to have Import/Export admin role (see https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee633482(v=exchg.150).aspx) You can assign the role using the Exchange Online ECP while logon with an admin account or with PowerShell Then to import the content from a mailbox, you need to logon with PowerShell (see https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj984289(v=exchg.160).aspx) and use the New-MailboxImportRequest (see https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff607310(v=exchg.160).aspx°

Yes. When you create the mapping file, you can map any PST file to any mailbox.
