Hello,
I can't access anymore to the MCT lounge.
My MCT certification is available until 27th November 2024.
NB: I was able to access before during this year.
Can you help please?
Regards

Thanks for posting, please request access to the MCT Lounge via this link.
If you still receive a declined notice, check that the email address associated with your Microsoft Tech Community account matches the primary email address that you get your notifications from the MCT program from, and then follow the steps in the 'declined' notice to raise a support request with the MCT Team.
Unfortunately the Microsoft Tech Community team can not assist / answer queries about MCT status as we have no access to their systems.

@Amir_Hemani Here is the request link:

To get a solved issue, you have to contact MCT team. They sent me a private message, and now it's working for me with another account that was linked.

SolutionHi all,
I am going to do one (hopefully correct!) update to this post with the correct link and the next steps, then I will lock this thread, keep in mind that our team can not help you with MCT access and follow the steps in the declined notification to contact the MCT Support team.
I just don't want you guys wasting lots of time posting here when the best bet is to contact the MCT Team directly.
If you are an MCT then, first of all go to https://aka.ms/TechCommunity/WhoAmI and check the email address your using to access the community is the email address you have registered with the MCT team for your certifications (I don't believe it is necessarily the same email you use in your learn profile).
If your email doesn't match
Choice 1: If you are using a Personal Microsoft Account you can go to the account portal and change your primary alias to the desired email address, it may take up to 24 hours to update in the Microsoft Tech Community, once updated you can request access.
Choice 2 : Re-register for the Microsoft Tech Community with the same email address you are using for certifications and then claim the access role
Choice 3: Request access vis the steps below and when you get a decline notice follow the steps to contact MCT support and see if you can change the email that the MCT Program is using.
If your email does match follow these steps:
Apologies for any inconvenience
