Is this fair?

I have seen multiple occasions where somebody comes and posts something, post author marks it as best response, and then a Microsoft employee comes, posts a reply, and then removes that best response and puts their reply as "Microsoft Verified Best Response."

Is that even fair?

It's not about fair, it's about which post adds more values to the thread and answers the question.

@HotCakeX You're right, but if someone marks someone's reply as Best Response why can't Microsoft employees leave as is?

That's because that reply was probably wrong.

Okay but doesn't matter, when it's marked as best response by Microsoft Employees then that's what it is.
