How long until action's taken against a spam post?

Does anyone have any experience with reporting inappropriate comments? There's a particular spam user, Olivia Ruiz, that's left some nasty stuff on forums that definitely should be taken down, but I haven't seen action taken yet.

Hi Matt,

I used once, it just sends your message to moderators. Have no idea is it a link on concrete post within the final message or not, but it works - the post in question was deleted and moderator (don't remember who exactly) informed me about that in private message.

We try to take action as quickly as possible - sorry for any delay on this one - I believe it was posted over the holiday, so it took a little longer for us to take action.
