HELP Linking worksheet problem

Hi All,

I have been linking data from one worksheet to another. We will call the Main Sheet A and the worksheet with the data as B.

When I insert a line into worksheet B it completely throws everthing out in worksheet A. In other words it doesn't hold the original cell where the data is linked and moves everything around.
