Dealing with two different accounts in Tech Community

I’ve just realized that I’ve been participating in the Tech community under two different Work/School Accounts; one for my business and one as a client. I see there isn't a way to merge them as of Sep last year. Is this still the case? Can I boost the level of the one I prefer and close this one?
