Closing old accounts prior to Cloud login

I have created a new account for MS Tech Community.  I discovered that I have 2 old accounts dated 2017 and 2020 under an different email address.  How can I delete these accounts without the passwords and they do not associate with an online subscription?

With a password, you could sign into your account and then go to your profile settings in Microsoft Tech Community to close it: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile

but without password (or without login in general), there is no way. I suggest using forgot your password during login screen to recover your access to your account again.
