I am hoping there will be insights into a solution for my newly developed problem. My arrows on the top left of my screen that we all use to move to a previous screen or advance to another screen are sometimes greyed out so I have no way to navigate forward or back. I have a sense it may be my browser. Any insights as to why and a solution is appreciated. Thanks
