Hello all,

New to the tech community and need some help with troubleshooting an app for Microsoft Teams to integrate Moodle. Managed to upload manifest file but having problems with creating tabs in the Teams with error message " refused to connect". Followed the entire step by step process for integration here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/moodleinstructions

Thanks in advance.

Solution

@tabarinc,

Can you please follow the steps provided here.
https://github.com/microsoft/o365-moodle/issues/1138#issuecomment-567435572

Thanks @subhasish-MSFT. I actually had in addition to the recommended step I had to run the HTTPS conversion too. It's in "Site administration" -> "Security" -> "HTTP Security" -> " HTTPS conversion tool".

Now new problem is getting a message "You don't have any course to add" despite having a demo course on the Moodle deployment to test with.

Any idea of resolving the new problem?
