Transfer Call API public release date?

Hello Developers

I am working on our Teams client joining breakout rooms. I believe Transfer Call API is required. Is that correct?

Transfer Call API is documented available in 1.5.4.beta.1

It is not documented available in 1.5.4

The landing page says 1.5.4.beta.1 is the "NEXT" release

Does this mean there will be public release 1.5.4.1 with Transfer Call very soon?

We added transfer call handling. This did not allow our API client access to breakout rooms. Looking forward to your advice on this.
