Tenant domains not stored in expected format

Hello All,

Just like to check if anyone has came across this error before when running Enable-CsOnlineSipDomain?

Command we ran (replaced domain with our domain)

Enable-CsOnlineSipDomain -Domain domain.org.au

Error

Tenant domains not stored in expected format.
+ CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [Enable-CsOnlineSipDomain], ArgumentException
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : Tenant domains not stored in expected format.,Microsoft.Rtc.Management.Hosted.Provision.OSD.EnableCsOnlineSipDomainCmdlet
+ PSComputerName : adminau1.online.lync.com

We have a support ticket with MS but thought I'll check here to see if anyone has seen this before. Have tried with 2 different accounts which had global admin and both had the same error.

There's an article from Reddit but he solved it by removing the domain and re-adding, we're trying to avoid that if possible.

Just like to post this in case anyone else come across this issue.

This has now been resolved.

It ended up being a backend issue which had to be fixed by the engineering team.
