Teams gone

I keep having a problem with my teams messages, so i have to keep signing in. All the past times i've signed in, everything was kept intact except the new messages were showing. But the last time i signed in, everything was gone. No chats, no teams, nothing. Everything just disappeared. If anyone has experienced this before and has a solution, please tell me

We're gonna need more information to help you. Are you using Teams in the browser? Does Teams work in a different browser? Are you using the client for Windows, Mac or linux or are you using a mobile app?
Are you using a personal Teams account or school/work account?

@Tomas_S sorry for the late reply, i'm using the app on my phone. (also i found a way to solve it already, it was just a glitch)
