Setup Microsoft Teams Communications spoke for ServiceNow

Hi Everyone,

 

Has anyone tried to setup a MS Teams Communications spoke for ServiceNow?

The instruction can be seen here in the ServiceNow documentation: Set up the Microsoft Teams Communications spoke 

It says on "Register a custom application using the Microsoft Azure portal" section, that I have to create a custom app in MS Teams and register it on MS Azure portal but the problem is, I couldn't see the published custom app on MS Azure portal to register it. Am I missing something here?

 

On my opinion, this documentation from ServiceNow is a bit vague as it didn't have much details on how to setup the custom app and the bot (they're just throwing some related links from MS Documentation). Also, I'm just not sure what's the purpose of the the bot here.

Can anyone shed a light on this issue of mine?

@shuroro - Could you please a bit more explain what does  it mean
"couldn't see the published custom app on MS Azure portal to register it"? Are you not able to find the app in Azure Portal which you created?
