Send Adaptive Card to Specific Manager In Teams Development

i had created the Teams App 

i created the adaptive card that takes the input from user 

after fulfillment and submit of card i have to send the Card to Manager 

I get The Manager Hierarchy from Microsoft Graph 

But i am stuck how to send Adaptive card Alert to the Manager
