Notification bubble for MS Teams app

Hi everyone,

we currently developing an MS Teams Tab App and we trying to find a way to show a notification bubble over our MS Teams App icon in the left menu. We hoped that something like this would be possible by using the MS Teams client SDK but we did not find anything. Does anyone of you have an idea how to achieve this goal or is it just not possible yet?

Are there any plans to support this in the future? May be a feature request already exists. If no feature requests exists yet where could I create one?

You can look for the feature requests that are suggested by users and can suggest a feature request at discuss Microsoft Teams.
