Hi, Service now has a native app called "connect" used for instant messaging.
We are looking to integrate MS teams and service now connect app.
So an end user initiates a chat in Ms Teams and that chat is sent to connect app in SNOW. The help desk agent sitting on the connect chat will respond to the end user and will help in opening up a snow ticket.
Has this ever been done by anyone? Need any help here on how to do this.
