Hello All,

I need to get confirmation on the below points regarding to company communicators that will be deployed to another customer  by the next.

• Is it applicable to automatic schedule sending messages  ?
• Is it applicable to view who read the messages not only numbers of received or failures messages?

Is it applicable to automatic schedule sending messages ?: There is no schedule feature in the current version of app template. If you need schedule feature, you need to make enhancements to existing app template.

Is it applicable to view who read the messages not only numbers of received or failures messages?: 

There is no feature to record who read the messages in current app template. And there is no API available to get read receipt. So, this cannot be implemented straightforward.
