Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business specifications for USB peripherals

I have download the usb spec "MicrosoftTeams V4 specifications" file in URL below.

When I open the readme.txt file and it has descriped "The following specifications are available under NDA only", therefore I would like ask how to get spec document under NDA?

@leolin You will need to join the program in order to sign the NDA and get the entire specs
