Microsoft Apps Team queries related to HR sample system

As I download the HR Sample from

https://github.com/OfficeDev/microsoft-teams-apps-hrsupport/wiki/Solution-Overview

so 1st install and get the url of ngrock

2nd I create the bot and provide the details in application.json

Then I select \TeamsTalentMgmtAppV4 as my startup project

When its play it shows
Status Code: 404; Not Found  

Let me out it highly appreciated

Could you please elaborate your concern, where are facing this 404: Not found, is it in ngrok or browser?
