How to edit already existing Teams Apps (in Developer Portal)?

I tried to update one already existing custom app on our store, but not sure where I could found the "manifest editor". In old days, before Developer Portal, it was on App Studio.

Or how do you perform manifest changes to Teams Store apps?

1. In the developer portal after making necessary changes Publish the application and click on 'Submit app update' as shown in below screenshot: The update will be available to all after it gets approved by the admin.
2. You can download and make the changes to manifest locally on your machine. Upload this manifest in Teams Admin Center using update option.
