Get a Live Stream Transcript of what's said in a Teams Meeting

Is it possible for an app/bot to get a live stream transcript of everything being said in a Teams Meeting? And if not during, then afterwards?

The link mentions a manual process for live transcripts. I want to know if an App can get the live transcript programmatically, and automatically once setup?
